Questions
Which certification should I start with?
Choose your role at the top of this page and we will recommend a starting point. Most HR leaders and CHROs start with the flagship CPC. Coaches usually start with CCP. Talent and recruiting teams start with CTL or CTC.
How does APF prepare me for the AI era?
Agentic systems are taking over transactional HR: sourcing, scheduling, policy questions, onboarding paperwork and first-line enquiries. What stays with people is coaching, systemic thinking, culture design and judgment. That is what every APF certification builds.
Is APF really ICF accredited?
Yes. CCP is ICF Level 1 accredited and qualifies graduates for the ICF ACC credential. CPTC is on the ICF ACTC pathway (Advanced Certification in Team Coaching), which fewer than 20 organizations worldwide hold. For coaches, your training hours count toward your ICF credential.
Are the programs live or self-paced?
All APF certifications are live, cohort-based programs, virtual or in person, led by certified APF trainers. You learn with a group of peers, not alone in front of a video.
How long does each program take?
CPL, CPS, CTL and CTC run over two live days, plus pre-work and post-work across a couple of weeks. The flagship CPC is a three-day intensive. The ICF coaching programs (CCP and CPTC) take 60+ hours over several months, as ICF requires.
How much does it cost? Are there discounts?
Fees vary by program and region, because each regional partner prices for its local market. Most partners offer early-bird pricing, alumni discounts and team rates. Contact us and we will send current dates and fees.
Will I earn HRCI credits?
Yes. APF is an HRCI-approved provider and each certification carries HRCI recertification credits. Each certification above lists its credits.
Do I stay connected after certification?
Yes. Every certified practitioner gets lifetime community access through the APF mobile app, a verifiable digital badge, CLU™ (Continuous Learning Unit) tracking and new editions of the framework as it evolves.
