It was a great experience to participate in the Certified PeopleOps Coach Program. My experience allowed me to easily connect to the topics, and the many important program areas with explanations and videos deepened my knowledge. I found the capstone assignment crucial to demonstrate the application of the learnings and mindset.
My entire PeopleOps team took the different APF Certification programs and it allowed us to have a lot more background and common knowledge into how to apply immediately into our workplace. The APF program requires participants to not only take an exam, but to also demonstrate practical understanding of the Agile PeopleOps Framework by requiring participants to develop a PeopleOps Transformation Roadmap and present it to the instructor.
